I have this from their Kickstarter campaign and it's not as bad as people are making it out to be. I can't describe it in too technical terms but my experience has been that this provides a very clean sound with decent separation. It does a very good job of clearing background hiss from my sensitive final audio iems. I have had the cheaper cozoy astrapi and geek out 720 DACs as well as the more expensive chord mojo and these are closer to the mojo in terms of separation. There are some people that use the line in as a portable studio set up. So not a bad DAC in my experience.
