BuckbrickBSP (now rebranded to Logickeyboard) is a company that produces PBT blank keycap sets. These blank keys are purchased then by Team Hammer and legends are dye-sublimated onto the keycap surface. Dye-sublimating sublegends is difficult to do precisely. Side-prints are significantly more challenging to execute properly, which is why pricing is higher for sets with them.
