not what i ordered. picture quality is terrible but even still you can see what the problem is here. the finished product is very different from what the pictures show. who should i contact to get a refund/trade?
EDIT: also, i understand there is some variation of the wood coloring. but there is quite a difference between the color I received and the color shown.
