So one of the little claws on the mini-b side just sort of fell off and now it doesn't stay in at all. Is there a way I can get a replacement or something?

Okay, never thought about this with massdrop. I even got an ergodox and everything came with it, and everything worked.
This cable, however, does not work at all. Not even with the factory Samsung charger. Is it no warranty, or can we contact someone about it?

JamdIt fits but with the Techflex there can be some problems. You have a Mini - USB port on the Ducky Shine 5 RGB. My Ducky Shine 2/3/4 k - boards have a Mini - USB port on the k - boards. My white Ducky One RGB YOTG k - board have a Micro USB port.

Well I didn't expect this to drop this early but, I did hear there was supposed to be another round of Hana this year, so it can only mean it's close... Well I guess I'm going to have to pick one of these up too since pricing doesn't seem to bad compared with what you get in length.
