Anyone want to buy my pair in black, 11.5? They don't quite fit as I hoped.

Do these come in wide sizes?

These boots are narrow in the toes. Not Vasque narrow, but more narrow than Lowa and a lot more narrow than Salomon. I was so excited to get them in the mail today, but now I have to sell them because they are too narrow for me (I have a standard width foot btw). Massdrop, will you please offer this boot in wide sizes?
Edit: Not trying to bash the boots, they are really nice boots and are well designed. They hug your foot perfectly, I just wish the wide was available as an option. They run true to length--I wear a US 10.5 in most boots (Lowa and Solomon) and the EU 44 is the right size, just too narrow in the toes.

Do these fit the same as other Hanwag boots? I have the Hanwag Kofel mid, and they fit perfectly--should I order the same size in the Lhasa? Are they the same width?

How are the sizes in general. I normally use size EU 41 but the smallest size in this drop appears to be 42. If the sizes are small or narrow I might taker a half a size up so 42 could be OK. But I don't want to order if it would likely be to big.

Love my Hanwag Tatra, would buy the Lhasa if they were available in the wide version.

I'd buy these in a heart beat to compliment my GTX Tatra, but there's no WIDE, I have a wide foot, the normal version feels like a vice, the wide is just roomy enough.
I hope hanwag makes this in black and wide at some point, cause I'd love to buy these.

WatsyurdealThe first drop had wide sizes. I guess MD decided it ain't worth it since this is the 2nd drop with regular sizes only.

Do they accept a B2 semi auto crampon?

they're like snow chains for your shoes, basically.

TomasVThanks for the answer, I use the Microspikes myself. But specifically I am not familiar with the "B2 semi auto crampon"

T222T222Previous drop included wide sized boots. Maybe MD would bother to have them back again on the next drop.

Been wearing/owning Salomon Quest 4D GTX for over 7 years, bombproof, built like tanks. Will last me the rest of my life. I have a pair in Olive/Dark Olive/Black (O.D.) and the second pair in Autobahn/Black/Flea (gray). Incredibly light in weight at only 2.88 pounds each. Not one 'hot spot' feel like custom made boots.

Nubuck is actually a type of suede, nubuck actually is a harder more durable material than suede. Been wearing/owning Salomon Quest 4D GTX for over 7 years, bombproof.

silverspurr59Nubuck/suede IS leather. What did you think it was from?
Bombproof is the most abused term used to describe boots, usually by people who never really put them through the paces. Out of about 8 different pairs of hiking boots I've owned in the last ten years they're by far the weakest. Destroyed in a 6 months when all other boots I've owned have lasted at least two years. Cheap EVA midsole that collapses and provides no support after 200 km, thin nubuck LEATHER that is easily cut by rocks and branches, and the absolute worst traction from an outsole I've ever used. No grip, especially on wet rock. Toe box is far too cramped. Good heel pocket and lacing, and stayed waterproof, I'll give them credit for that. All in all at best a glorified trail runner, yet people keep talking them up as though they're a real hiking boot - makes me question if those people really do any serious hiking. If all you do are fast and light hikes on moderate terrain with light loads, they're fine, although they'll wear out like running shoes. If you're on rough trails or doing any bushwacking, even in non-rocky terrain, they're entirely out of their league.
