Happycall Double Pans

I've owned one and both sides heat up fairly quickly once you put it on heat. I used it to flip dishes where one would want a thorough mix such as fried rice. It was great to use(:

The flipping thing sounds pretty cool but unless it sends heat through the hinges to make both sides uniform... when i flip it, when i'm using it as a pan, i'm going to lose some heat. Probably best for things you don't need constant high heat. Or maybe warm up both sides first and flip often.
