@Gritomatic been eyeing this for a while. I saw a video online about the V6 having some issues getting a jiggle free tightness on the arm attachments. Are all these issues sorted out? Also if I do develop an issue, what is your warranty like? Free returns and such?

Mr_WestWe had quality issues with revision 1 in the beginning of the year. Revision 2 was problem-free. Current version is revision 3 which is defenitely the high-quality product.
Now warranty incidents are very rare and we have stock of spare parts in the US. Because Hapstone sharpener is modular device, we can provide replacement part very fast.
