Harding is a registered trademark and brand of F7 Creative Lab AG, a Swiss corporation, founded 2013.

The website mentions seven friends as founders. Two guys are mentioned in the corporate information. The president is a Christophe Schäfer, which seems to be a common name, hard to Google. The other mentioned officer is Jeremy Barouh. LinkedIn lists a Jeremy Barouh as a Wharton School grad and ex-Fossil guy, 3-1/2 years as VP Latin America, and a similar span as VP Operations for another watch company.
Although they are a Swiss company, Harding uses Miyota movements, as well as Ronda movements. Ronda is a Swiss quartz movement maker that jumped back into mechanical movements. Ronda offers Made in Switzerland movemnts, as well as movements assembled from Swiss parts in "the Far East."
