I'm sorry, but I cannot wear a watch that I cannot serve dinner from. Bigger!
(But I do like the hands. Cool.)

ChurchillWIndeed. I tend to favor watches between 36mm and 40mm. I do own a couple of slightly larger divers, but I'll admit my tastes run a little old-school re: watch case size. My wrist measures 7.25 inches, and I just like ... manageable sized watches, to my tastes.
However, I'm currently wearing an Omega SMPc that's 41mm. But I make allowances for any watch with a timing bezel. For regular sports and dress watch sizes, I really lean towards something between 36mm and 38mm, which is causing me some distress re: the new Seiko Presage line. Those are great watches, but they run 40.5mm. That's just a little large--to my tastes--for that type of watch. I live with my pain.
As for this watch's hands--no, that's not sarcasm. I really do like those cathedral hands. They remind me of the Murph watch from Interstellar. I cannot fathom why Hamilton has not marketed that exact watch. I'd buy it in a minute.

Oh, and I like that big onion crown, too. For $90, this would be a cool beater, but I do worry about some of the concerns that others in this discussion have raised.
