Really bad. They broke within a few months of normal usage. I think you're paying mostly for the box and extra goodies which are mostly useless. Avoid.
I hope you don't get a bad pair as I have been trying to get mine replaced since July. It took till August to get a reply from Massdrop. There is no way to contact Havi. I sent snail mail to the address in Jersey on the box and still have not got a response. Finally got a response from Massdrop Aug 5 and took till Sept 5 to get a resolution working. They got my defective set on Sept 14 and it took two emails and messages on Twitter and Facebook till I got a response today Sept. 27. I would not have a problem if I could contact Havi. You can't go to the website that is on the box. I don't understand how a company can produce something and not support it. If you can find there website I would like to know it as I would like to bypass Massdrop as they suck at customer service as far as returns. Yes I'm pissed. So take my experience with a grain of salt.
Anyone know for sure which Comply ear tips are the right ones for the Pro 1?
I'm using t-400's and they fit just fine.
just wanna say that i saw these pop up in my emails and I really do not recommend them. I paid only 50$ for them but they broke after 2 months of light use (the plastic shell broke where the screw is) only by removing them from my ear. They are very uncomfortable too despite having many different buds and the sound quality is cheap. You have some kind of soundstage but both the speaker and tweeter are of average/below-average quality for this price range. It's basically trying to do more than it can and it shows. Wayyy low bass, muddy mids, shrilling highs... But i guess at least the sounds are "defined".

Do all B3 Pros have channel imbalance or is it just some units?
Just some units, but there seem to be a fair amount of the B3 Pro's having channel imbalance.
Any news when these are going to get shipped as I ordered them last thursday and haven't heard anything?
I'd like to add a note that the Havi B3's are not known for their bass so getting these if you have a dance/edm/hip-hop library will not be a good fit for you.
Massdrop will not reply to a problem you have as I have tried to reach them for over a week and no response. I went to the problem site and they sent me a pdf that would not work on my Mac or PC and I printed and filled it out and scanned it back to them and still no response. It has been over a week.
Over a week and no reply from Massdrop on defective unit. The Havi website is maleware ridden says google. So I try to take care of this with Massdrop and they have not replied to me. The pdf file that you need to reply with is not formatted right I tried on my PC and my MAC and it would not work. I told them that and still no response. I am really getting angry that no one cares.
Well have a driver on the left side that is buzzing. One week and a problem not too happy now.
I got mine and love them (Pro 1). First thing I played (Keith Jarrett, Koln Concert) was superb. No amp needed with my iPhone or iPad, but I did need to carve the case's hole a bit to fit the jack.

So many tips... I've tried a few and the "roundish" ones give almost no noise isolation. The only ones that seem to give any (and not a lot) are the two flange ones. Since so many IEMs come with three flange tips, I was surprised these didn't.

I wish one of the L/R letters would have at least been a contrasting color to stand out.

Do they really need to burn-in? Really???
Mine came in today and the the packaging for the product is over the top. You would think you were getting something that cost 10x as much. This is my first set of IEM"s and as everyone has said a amp is needed. I have two pair of Planar headphones so I have the amps and these are close to the power need. For the money I find these to be an awesome value. Only a cursory listen and I find them very good. They are a little bright but not too much to be fatiguing. The bass is respectable. Totally hate the 90 degree connector. All in all a very good purchase. Thanks Massdrop.

We have some great news to share with everyone. Our vendor has informed us that everything is right on track! We are still aiming to have your orders shipped out from our warehouse by 7/31.

Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/29 or sooner if something comes up.
So what happened with the shipping today?
I got a mail from Massdrop 8 hours ago today that they would be shipping the B3 from their warehouse around july 31st, and like 15 mins ago I get ANOTHER mail with a shipping confirmation from Massdrop stating that the IEM has been sent, as in on the way towards me + a shipping number.

How come it got done so fast?

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where we'll break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/31.
