Anyone that has these, if they are changing color, put Corrosion X on them and that will solve the discoloring and protect them for changing color. Corrosion X is 100% completely safe on electronics.
I got a pair of Aging. They sounds pretty decent, rich in mids, smooth in treble and deep in bass(for BA heaphones). But I hate its finish, the shell itself feels sticky sometimes. The original Heaven V has a gun metal color, which feels more premium than this one. This price is totally okay level, but not a steal to be honest.
kind of expensive no for something so simple looking, does it have any special driver or whatnot??
Also what's with the cables they look cheap, detachable?
I got the Heaven V Aging in the FAD grab bag just recently. They sound great and I like them a great deal (for $150). But Uzuzu is right that the cable seems lacking for the price. They are not detachable and there is not even a clip to attach it to your shirt.
I spent about an hour with our sample pair yesterday and they have a really nice clarity to them with quite a bit of weight to the bass. I'm assuming the tiny bit of harshness I heard in them is going to disappear once they break in a bit. These may be my personal favorite final IEM's yet, I also have FI-BA-SS and Heaven II's.
