I cant believe this guy. And the fact he is still peddling his crap watches and people are still stupid enough to buy them. I bought a Silverstone a few months back and it came through with the seconds hand out of alignment (quite badly). Others have had far worse QC issues. You just try to get any kind of customer service from this "company" (guy in his garage), he NEVER (I repeat NEVER) answers support tickets - if your watch is OK on receipt then fine, if you have any sort of issue, they do not accept returns without an approved return number. And you wont get one because they dont respond to ANY support tickets. You have then basically wasted your money. A few customers say the hands were not even mounted on receipt and were loose in the case....You have been warned - I strongly suggest you spend you hard earned money elsewhere. If you have any doubt about my motivations for posting this try these two things: 1) Send an email to Support@helgray.com and see if you get any response. 2) Second check the trustpilot reviews and google "Helgray issues" and you will see for yourself. I wish I had before buying. Please do yourselves a favour and cancel your orders. I also complained on his Instagram page and he deleted my comment and blocked me..!

NadimBit late for that Buddy I sold the POS on. Bet your gutted you cant delete my comment on here like you did on Instagram huh?. Try providing some actual customer service and not just focus on sales and you won't get such crap reviews. I suggest you sort your QC out aswell. I bought a makara which also has a problem with the crown. Fix your QC and ANSWER YOUR SUPPORT TICKETS.

pjacks10Too bad we couldn't get you sorted out.
Regarding Instagram, the social media management company who handles our account is instructed to delete and block users who post spammy comments and/or comments that contain profanity/foul language.
Thanks for the feedback anyway.

NadimReally? There was no spam or bad language in my instagram post but I did include a link to some truthful reviews. Are honest reviews on their deletion list too ? I can post a screen print to prove this. BTW Who answers your support emails? Perhaps you ought to focus on those as a priority?

pjacks10If anyone needs more evidence check the massdrop for makara sea turtle (also made by this guy). The feedback is appalling. My makara watch has 4 lug holes drilled instead of 2 at each lug (!) And the crown doesnt push back in. Cant beleive I bought 2 of his junk watches. Spread the word people and help other poor people avoid getting ripped off.

pjacks10I am very new to Massdrop and don’t know where to look at to see the sellers name. On this particular drop I can find anywhere saying Nadim or the names you mentioned. Any help would be appreciated !

HovakIt's difficult they aren't usually listed. Just avoid the 3 brands I mentioned. It's a minefield I appreciate. If you want to back a decent microbrand I can recommend TC-9 watches. They often list on Kickstarter. Best of luck mate.

pjacks10The Makara Sea Turtle has 4 lug holes by design. This is so you can fit the 2 straps included in the package (the leather strap and the custom fit rubber strap). The crown can be somehow tricky to push in. This is due the quirkiness of the NH35 movement. Many microbrands have the same "problem", especially when the watch has a screw-down crown where it exacerbates the NH35's crown quirk.

NadimMate just be quiet now. I have about 6 watches with the same nh35 movement. None are hard to push in except yours. I own 49 watches from Tag to Omega, Glashutte Original to Patek Philippe to just about every swiss brand going none have 4 lug holes per lug. Your stuff is crap. How about you ANSWER your other customers support tickets. Scam artist Punk.

pjacks10Here's a 20 pages discussion about the NH35's crown quirkiness (as found on one of the most reputable microbrands): http://forums.watchuseek.com/f71/orthos-mechanism-problem-1527490-10.html#/topics/1527490?page=1
Oh, and if you're comparing a $200 watch to a Patek Philippe, of course you'll be disappointed.
Not sure if you're trolling at this point. So, I'll stop responding to your smear campaign now since you're obviously not trying to find a solution to your supposed issues with your purchases.

NadimNo trolling intended. No smear campaign either. My main issue is your non existent customer service. Which by the way you still haven't responded to at all or addressed in any way. My watches from you are crap. You haven't responded to any of your recent customers tickets. I'm not alone here. Answer your customers support tickets. Reply to them why don't you? How many open tickets do you have right now? When will they be answered?

pjacks10Funny that Nadim is talking about a smear campaign, while his complete lack of customer service and poor product quality is actually his responsibility. He is actually causing this smear campaign himself. Nadim as a successful business man is an absolute joke. He does drive around in a fancy BMW to show off his success, but that car is paid by his customers who are still waiting for a refund. I actually think he and his Helgray enterprise is a fraud.

MoKoHe is out of his depth thats the problem. All very well selling bulk shipments of nicely designed chinese made watches, but if youre a guy in his garage that doesnt have capacity nor willingness to provide customer service when people experience poor QC, then you are on a path to failure right away. Hes being shown up for what he is right now. I got a note from Trustpilot to challenge my review (assume from him) and have successfully defended it. I think others have had the same. Im also blocked from all Helgray social media accounts. You cant keep hiding the truth forever. Its actually a shame - if he reinvested some of the profit towards providing customer service there could be the beginnings of a decent microbrand. That and address the QC in the first place. There is nothing worse than getting ripped off - and Im just trying to help others avoid this situation.

pjacks10Every time when I send an email, I get a service ticket... what intrigues me, is that every time when I get a service ticket, the ticket number looks completely random to me. There isn't an incremental order – this is kind of what you would expect right? I even suspect that there actually isn't a system that keeps records of the emails coming in. Such a system doesn't seem to exist at all. The only thing it seems to do, is sending a response with a random ticket number and then delete the received email. It's like a black hole, every email sent to this system vanishes forever, automatically!
