After several attempts to reach the vendor via phone and email, we unfortunately have still yet to hear back about updated shipment estimates for the group's order. It is certainly possible that the holiday week has impacted their ability to respond in a timely manner and we will continue to contact them throughout this week.
While we still anticipate that the individual packages will be prepared for shipment by the end of the week, we understand that the additional wait time is undesirable.
