HELM Boots Phillips 2.0 Chukka Boot

Popular since the ‘40s for its ability to be worn in both casual and dressy environments, the chukka gets a reboot in the HELM Phillips 2.0. It’s made of Tasman roughout leather that’ll age differently for each wearer, fully lined with calfskin, and complete with contrasting silver hardware. In this version, the crepe rubber sole traditionally seen in chukkas has been swapped for a more durable, polished, and water-resistant leather sole. Built on the true-to-size 323 last and suitable for year-round wear, the Phillips 2.0 pairs as well with denim at the bar as it does with tailored slacks in a business setting.

HELM was founded in 2009 with a mission: to change what was expected from the traditional boot by incorporating elements from the makers’ favorite shoes and sneakers. The first models were designed in Austin and produced in Istanbul, Turkey, and featured some of the iconic colors and details HELM is known for today. In 2012, the company moved all of its production to the United States, with factories in Arkansas and Maine. Focusing on local craftsmanship, American-influenced lasts, and new patterns and material combinations, the company continues to push the boundaries of today’s footwear.
