Whoever was in on the last batch should have received an email.
They had a major QC issue in that batch and, therefore, canceled everyone's order who was in on it.
On the plus side, everyone who had paid got their money back PLUS a $10 credit on their Massdrop account.

received mine today.
I have to say the quality is really really bad, worse than a 20USD earphone.
Listen 10 minutes, then cannot bear it any more.

lanyuseasomthing you may want to try before seeking a refund is a burn in, many cheap headphones sound better after being pushed to their limit, the bets way to do this without affecting the overall eq of the headphones is "pink noise" which distributes power evenly over the frequency range, let it play at full volume for a few hours and see if you notice any difference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXtimhT-ff4&t=11769s&ab_channel=dalesnale

Per comments/reviews here, quality and even its intended function is not good.. I'll stick with Apple Airpods. Thank you.

With mine the battery dies in one channel after about 15-20 minutes. So I don't use them. Otherwise it was a good idea.

Received my buds two days ago. Sadly, not very impressed. Paired to a LG V20 which work great with my other bluetooth products and definitely has aptx. Tried all 3 ear buds options and can't get a good seal and not very loud compared to my 30 dollar yozoon in ears which only cost 30 dollars and sound much better and are much louder. Finally the left side does not skip to the next song. Both right and left only pause the music. Guess there is no way to get a refund for these.

jpstuckinnjI received my earbuds today and similarly found that both buttons pause and play, neither of them skip songs. the sound quality is ok, and the battery life was about 3 hours of listening. all in all, definitely not worth $70

Do these come with multiple silicon tips? My ear canal is too small for usual factory size tips unfortunately.

Got mine today. They sound really good but the right one cuts out a lot, like once a minute. Tried 2 different devices so far.

Sorry. I apologize for any inconvenience. I purchased these HERO earbuds directly from Winnergear, not through Massdrop.
kj3906Not a problem. I just did not want others in the community to get confused by your comment. Now, with your permission I will gladly reach out to Winnergear on your behalf and try to get things straightened out for you.

Finally received them. I'd rate them as pretty average sound quality for bluetooth phones. When I turn them on, the connection of each bud to the phone/each other doesn't always happen properly. Sometimes only one bud will connect. I have these initial connection issues probably 2 or 3 times in ten. I've also had these buds drop connection occasionally. Overall I think there are much cheaper options that give you similar performance.
