I finally got my AP60 from the last drop. It came with firmware 1.0. I didn't play with it to see what it did or didn't do. As far as I know, 1.0 isn't documented. So, I just updated to 1.01. DAC out works to my FIIO Q1. I don't have Windows, and Hidizs doesn't have a Linux driver, but, it works as a DAC for my Linux Mint (17.2) desktop. All in all, this thing does support all the functions they list in the specs. Also, it read my 12k song library (mix of FLAC and MP3) in little over 3 minutes! I'm using a 200 GB SanDisk I got off of Amazon for $50, so nothing fancy here. Connected via bluetooth to my Sony MDR100abn, Treblab XR500, and Oontz speaker. I could think of a few features I would add. But, for the price, it is solid, it sounds great, and it works!
If that is all you need, get one!

netmorinHow is it navigating the DAP with that many songs/artists? I have around 11,000 songs at the moment too and I've been curious about how this player handles it

Jayden16Well, the buttons are small. It can be a problem. I've gotten pretty good at it. I use artist folders, followed by album folders. In folder mode, you can press and hold the up and down buttons to get to where you need to be. It moves pretty quick. And you can tell where you are on the way. And, if you are in the A's and you want to hear ZZ Top, you can go backwards to get there. But, going forward, it takes a little over 20 seconds to get from A to Z. Hope that helps.

Jayden16This is what I want to know also, these DAP really need to evolve for us audio freaks who have thousands of songs. I want something like the AIMP player but with intuitive search features for artists, tracks, etc... There isn't really one out there, it's use an Android phone with AIMP or use nothing.
