If I could I'd give this a 0/5 stars & it pains me to say so. I don't understand the logic behind building a DAP that sounds SO good yet everything else is complete trash (and I'm not talking about its minimalistic feel). It had trouble reading NTFS on my card so I switched to exFAT and it worked fine, until it started crashing literally after minutes of playing tracks, I looked for the latest firmware and found out that it already has the latest one and had not been updated since 2017. I flashed the firmware again and the crashing problem still persists. I decided to switch to FAT32 file system and give it a go and it still crashes the same. Even when I ignored this problem there was already another problem showing up - random errors occurring during playback saying: "File not supported" despite the same track being played successfully otherwise. Recently I played one track on it in my office and the screen turned off & never back on again, in less than two weeks this piece of garbage has given me more trouble than I imagined. Absolutely disappointed, this is preposterous! UPDATE: The screen started working again as soon as I plugged it in for charging....ok now I can confidently say that the entire problem here is this God forsaken clunky software that is running this otherwise FANTASTIC sounding DAP....Make this software bullet proof and I will give it a 5/5 with my eyes closed.
