I was hoping this was big enough to be a growler for microbrew to take on camping trips. When on the motorcycles, we stop at the nearest town before camping and want to fill up. We need something with a secure lid that won't pop loose, but needs to be about 24-32oz. Maybe an idea for other products - more sizes, test lid to hold the pressure from beer while jostling around?
kbgkbgNoted - The threaded stainless steel lid makes things tricky with carbonation so we definitely do not recommend it. We are very plastic averse, so we will need a total re-design of the neck and lip in order to accomplish this. That being said, we are exploring options for packing out beer into the woods. Personally, I haven't found a solution more convenient than simply packing out craft tall cans (granted, they don't stay cold & its wasteful), but you can't beat their weight & packability. I do hear you though... and now that I have the 750ml setup, I agree that it would be nice to have a larger vessel for bulkier beverages. I'll keep you updated on where this falls in our product development queue.

nic_barisoneTwice I've worn through the sides of cans in my luggage....messy. Not to mention, I'm a beer bigot and like to get my fresh microbrew draught when I can :-) though I'll settle for whatever is cold when times are tough.

kbgkbgI use a Hydroflask for beer which is a vacuum double wall. The large 64oz version. Haven't had any problems keeping in the pressure after driving it around. Lots of aftermarket lids as well depending on your use case, but their recent designs are a lot nicer these days. No cups attached, however, if that is the feature you were looking for.

CyphreI don't care about cups, I carry stuff in my camping gear. The biggest issue is whether it can handle 40-80km of rattling over rocks and logs and washboard and runouts without popping a seal. What kind of riding do you carry your Hydroflask on?

kbgkbgWell, in my car, and it rolls around plenty because its pretty hard to secure in the first place. It definitely holds pressure, since it releases after opening it. I have no idea how well it would handle carbonated beverages, but beer doesn't seem to be a problem. The threads are steel and there is a significant seal in the cap. I mention other caps because I swapped mine to a steel cap as well (since the original didn't have a decent loop to grab it by). It's definitely beefier than the cap setup in this drop.
