Done in traditional Japanese style, this Higonokami Koriwa friction folder features a design that dates back to the late 19th century. Made with a thick white steel blade, it has no lock. To keep the blade secure, simply put your thumb on the tang and it will stay open when cutting. When closed, the blade is fully concealed in the brass handle, which comes in three bold colors—each with an ornate, almost marbled aesthetic. The knife is also absent of a pocket clip, but at less than 4 inches long about a third of an inch thick, it will slide into a breast pocket with ease.
Note: At checkout, choose between brown/brass, silver, and turquoise color options. Quantities are limited to 180 units. Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we are able to ship only some of the knives on Massdrop to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
