Made in Japan’s cutlery capital, Seki City, the Hiro Kaioh Utility Hunter excels in slicing and piercing tasks. The most notable feature is its rainbow damascus blade, which is a unique combination of nickel and copper with a VG-10 core. The result of the combination is a colorful medley of orange, yellow, and silver. The handle is made from smooth black pakkawood, and its shape creates a natural feel in the hand for a wide range of tasks: skinning small animals, whittling, or cutting up a juicy steak. When not in use, slip the knife into the included leather sheath.
Note: At checkout, choose between the black pakkawood handle with a brown stripe, green stripe, red stripe, or upgrade to the California buckeye wood handle (+ $40). Limited quantities are available of each, and this drop is limited to 93 units.
Due to the sensitive nature of shipping knives internationally, we are able to ship only some of the knives on Massdrop to select countries. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know and comply with all importation regulations and local laws. Click here for additional information.
