Would be very interested in a set of these but for some reason the drop says can only ship to US addresses? Why not UK as the link says it is okay to ship knives to here??

GMacThey cite courier restrictions, but even if they could ship them, I wouldn't be surprised if customs presented an obstacle too. Australia's on the list, but most of the knives sold on MD wouldn't actually pass customs restrictions here, even if they're available to buy from Aussie retailers. This includes all knives with fixed blades, blades over a certain length, pocket knives with notches that offer open assist... Though if you have a justification you can fill out paperwork and hope for the best. But that of course is all beyond MD.

LadyhawkeThanks for the reply but don't see why these could not be shipped to the UK. The blade lengths are short, I can buy larger fixed or folding blades easily over the internet or over the counter here and as for justification; shouldnt take much as the set has a clear purpose.

LadyhawkeWhat you say about fixed blades and blades with notches is is not totally true. I strongly suggest that any Australian wanting to buy a blade through massdrop check the actual customs regulations for them selves.

GMacEven though none of these knives would qualify for carry in my country, it's easily classified as a work tool and can be cleared of customs easily. Massdrop probably limits the export based on very general rules it sets for itself, and has nothing to do with the rules on the country of destination.
