This is so lame... it was common knowledge that Benchmade had discontinued the HK well before the drop started.
Massdrop has had use of my funds for over 20 days..... I guess riding the float, collecting interest on those funds is part of your business model. Very transparent.
You've had your shot at my business and now you have lost it.
Agreed, everyone knew they were going to discontinue this product, what the hell were they thinking? What a complete wast of time and effort on everyone's part.
This is inexcusable. You have been in touch with vendor and were awaiting shipment updates. If you were in touch you should have never let this go on so long. My first massdrop order and it's a failure
I received an email that this drop was cancelled because the product was "unexpectedly discontinued." How is it unexpected when the product was discontinued before the drop started!? You shouldn't have started the drop if you didn't have product available to fill it. The reason so many of us signed up was to get it because it was discontinued.... If we didn't think you'd come through we would have just bought the product immediately elsewhere.
Also, that you have been updating us each week saying it is being prepared for shipment when the inventory apparently didn't even exist calls into question the legitimacy of any updates we receive from you in the future. If there were issues you should have had better transparency, let us know, and give us the option to back out of the drop to find another source.
Awaiting confirmation! We are still in contact with the vendor and just awaiting updated shipment estimates from them. We have a call scheduled for later this week and should get a bit more visibility in regards to when we can expect the group's individual packages to ship.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and package the group's order for individual shipment to each of you. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is sent out!

As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will ship the individual orders directly to you. The current estimated ship date is 11/26.
