Product Description
Great for beginners, maker groups, and RC hobbyists, this DIY micro-quad kit comes with almost everything you need to build and fly—just add a radio transmitter. The airframe is 3D printable and small enough to fit on most printer beds, and once printed, it’s easy to assemble with the included parts Read More
So hold on. You're selling a $90 drone that you need a 3D printer in order to fly. A shitty little drone with brushed motors and everything.
Why would I even buy this if just a little more money gets me a Tiny Whoop which has an FPV cam and a frame included?
Or, spend a little more money and buy a Flite Test Gremlin quad, which is brushless, very fast, and also has an FPV cam... and a frame.
Needing to use a 3D printer to finish something that already costs $90 is absolutely pointless.
mr_skeltalmy thoughts exactly, and I have a 3D printer already.
Carbon fiber frames hold up and perform much better.
And a basic tiny whoop comparable to this kit (such as the eachine qx90) can be had for about $50 completely assembled.
SklobiHi Sklobi,
The battery has a continuous discharge of 35C with a 70C burst. The quad does not come with a frame as it is a "DIY 3D Printed Kit". Those who have a 3D printer (maybe from another drop ;)) can print their own frames, so when a crash happens one just prints another!
