HP have changed there Bios so there printers will only work with there ink avoid
Sorry but I say no for company who do so many things to do not like. I had many printers from this company and never more
Not laser, not worth it. And a lot of printer companies are killing of 3rd party refills.
Ever wonder why inkjet printers are so cheap? Here's why: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freebie_marketing
Want to get shafted in the wallet? Buy an inkjet printer. Otherwise you're better off saving a bit more (and spending a LOT less in the long run) and buying a laser printer instead.
HP's DRM shenanigans are definitely a new level of evil, but let's not pretend that the entire inkjet printer industry doesn't suck.
So I have a HP printer, they are not that bad.
Not that good either though.
Unless you need higher quality printing consider getting a cheaper model that comes with 3-month Instant Ink and use the 3 months code(SCHOOL3 i think? not sure still works) and bang you can get 6 months of free instant ink. That is 60 dollar in value and the machine should only cost around 90. If you use most of the ink that came with the machine your money is basically back(pricing according to HP). Instant ink will cover up to 300 pages each months. Be ware try to use the ink that came with your machine before activating instant ink because the page count will start the moment you activate.
Beware of DRM protected ink cartridges.
this is cheaper: https://goo.gl/S6O2wc
I'd rather see a drop for a Brother brand color laser all-in-one printer. Ink jet printers are disposable junk.

Have always had a good time with Brother printers. Although the HPs I've used have always had great print quality. I have a Samsung Colour Laser right now. Gets used maybe 3 times a year. Print out look like garbage, but it was a $300 colour laser... At least I don't have to worry about the shelf life on ink cartridges.

Came here to say this. HP Officejet printers are shit. I've gone through 3 and my Father at least 2. Go with Brother printers. And if you do go with this(or have) this pos printer. refill your ink cartridges at Costco.
HP pre-programmed failure date of unofficial/ non-HP ink cartridges in its printers. potential buyers beware.

I haven't heard about this? This is the recommended buy for All in ones from The Wirecutter. They didn't mention anything about that either.
Owner of this printer here and employee at a certain large office supply store in the US and Canada. Just wanted to leave my recommendation for this printer. I, personally, don't use it a lot; but my Mom, who is a teacher, uses it a ton. We have had no problems with it and it was really easy to setup. The 8720 is definitely more suitable in an office environment, but works perfectly fine in a home as well. My only complaint is that it is fairly large, not really something I want to keep on my desk. Other than that, it is great! Also look into the HP Instant Ink program, it isn't for everyone but if you don't want to worry about running out of ink and having go to the store check it out.

**Disclaimer** I did receive a discount on this printer from HP for doing training exercises.
Printers are the work of Satan himself. If its not a color laser printer that costs more than 500$ its undoubtedly a worthless piece of shit that will only serve to frustrate and annoy anyone unfortunate enough to have to use it.
Also its <current year> why are people still printing things?
testic0n
IT'S <CURRENT YEAR> SHEEPLE!
Didn't HP update a firmware for there printers so that you have to use there own expensive printer ink? Yea count me out.

I believe the big thing recently was that HP printers will prematurely end the life of 3rd party inks. HP is a totally sheisty company I would never buy any of their products again.
Does it works with A3?
FernandoPico
no
I don't know but if I don't see the Canadian Flag I just move along
What about shipping to France?
