The Hot Racing Assembled 2-Speed Transmission Wraith/AX10 delivers more torque and speed on your Axial Wraith, AX10, and SCX10 (requires different output shaft). With hardened steel gears preinstalled, this sturdy upgrade offers an extra gear for a two-speed shifting transmission. The low gear is 15 percent shorter than stock, which gives the vehicle the ability to traverse larger obstacles, and the high gear is 15 percent taller than stock, which provides a boost in speed to accelerate lap times. The 32-pitch, 57-tooth steel main spur gear and super-duty adjustable metallic-pad slipper system create added stability.
