Mine came three days ago just as the entire country was subject to high winds and torrential rain after weeks of great weather. Frustrating having a new drone and not being able to fly it. :-)
However, the last two days have been good weather-wise, and I can say this drone is as advertised. Good FPV feed, records in (grainy) full HD, and when using GPS mode is very easy to fly. I haven't sent it that far - about 150m up and about that off into the distance. That's far enough for the drone to not be visible, but the feed was still rock-solid as was control. However, the video feed does start to break up when something is between you and the drone, i.e. a tree, but that's to be expected.
Fortunately the drone is solid as I've already crashed it a few times. Always it's because I flew it close to something and I would tell the drone to go in the wrong direction to move it away, so definitely user error. The props have got a bit scratched up, but still work fine.
The only negative point is the remote's handling of batteries. The charge-left indicator is all over the place, and a few times I've had the video feed stop and had the power LED flash to say the batteries were low. And yet, next session they're fine again. I'm still on the same set of batteries and have used them for a few flights, and yet the remote has been sporadically complaining about them being flat since the second flight. (They were fresh batteries, btb.) So, not sure what's up with that.
So overall, I'm happy with the product. A 1080 FPV drone with a long range for $280 + shipping - good value.
