crisppxVideo should come right up out of the box. Mine did. Check the manual about controller options regarding video. It may have been set to the wrong channel.

TheDarkKnightCongrats dude. Way too long. I got my refund, so if it does ever show up, it's going back to Massdrop. As of now, FWIW, no change to tracking. And just for reference, that 4 pack of batteries I ordered arrived in 1.5 days from California via USPS First Class Mail! Seriously!
