So I bought three of these and have had them for over two weeks now. I was so impressed I ordered a 64oz growler and three straw lids directly from Hydro flask and can report those are additions that are well worth it. One of these kept my drink with ice cold even when I left it inside my hot vehicle for a few hours. That's pretty impressive. Great item.

I just wanted to chime in that the packaging on this drop leaves something to be desired, it was merely a poly bubble wrap bag, as such mine also arrived dented and with a cracked cap. I've initiated a claim with Massdrop support.

Love mine to death. This really retains the water temperature hours later and then some. And no matter how scalding hot my coffee/tea is, it never harms the flask or the lid and never had a drop leaked. One thing though, upon recieving it, I was quite surprised by the size and weight. I'm definitely in for another one when we'll have a drop again specifically the narrower 24oz. Thanks, MD.

My bottle landed safely in Sydney today, well wrapped and free of dents, bumps, dings or bingles. The Lychee Red is such a cool colour. Many thanks for such a great Drop!

Received mine today, and was quite surprised by how quickly it arrived.
On the other side - it could have been better packed: mine arrived with a small dent on the bottom whose effect on the insulation layer is yet to be tested.

almogI had the same issue (the dent on the bottom). It seems to be holding the temp well today, but every now and then it almost sounds like something is loose inside. Pretty put off as this is my first Massdrop order.

Downhilller80Not my usual Massdorp experience I must say, but it is kind of disappointment - shortly after the dented bottom I found a small scratch that when washed under a tap, got some paint peeling. The temperature holds very well though.
