It appears that's how the manufacturer sells them - in two confusing sizes. I'm a 9UK/10US as well, lol.
This method of sizing seems to suggest they're probably designed to be stretchy enough to span 3.5 sizes. I'd lean towards the larger sizing myself since I'd prefer less stretch. Anyone familiar with this brand please chime in.
