I have last years version of the 'Cool-lite Strike Short Sleeve' in the crew, not the half zip. I've used it for hiking & backpacking and love it. It's very light weight, and the meshy fabric on the back keeps you cool. I wore it for 3 straight days backpacking in 85 degree heat and it worked great. On the Icebreaker website, some reviewers say the meshy back developed holes, but I've had no problems with that.

terb49Thanks! I have seen that review as well, but he used the shirt for biking mostly, which I suspect he may have stretched the shirt a little too much and broke the mesh back. This does not apply to my intended use.
