Grabbed both patterns. They're cut from one large cloth roll, so no glove is the same and will vary from one another but are still in the same pattern mode focus. The 'grippy palm', however, is not grippy as it sounds or describes to be. It is ever so faint so don't expect excellent grip when using them. The palm surface feels pretty much like anywhere else on the gloves. I think it has some faint spray onto the palm or so IF it is described to be grippy. Handled some equipment to test the described grippy palm but it is pretty much the same as any other ordinary wool or cotton gloves. Except that these just has a slightly better grip due to the slim good form-fit on these gloves. Apart from that, these are great slim warm gloves. Hopes this helps anyone else in future that decides to get these.
