What a joke, the partical density should be higher, in order to achieve at least a decent impression.

PulicadelavranceaAs explained in an earlier discussion by the maker himself, might have to do with how these caps have a lot less space to work with. These caps are far from thick, so too much might result in clumps of gold flakes which might look just as unnatural. I'm not sure about the process myself, but it isn't as if he can go back and sprinkle more gold flakes on the final product either.
Still, you do have a valid point as some caps could use better distribution. His SA caps were nice in terms of particle density (image taken from an earlier Idea23 sale), and his earlier caps in Cherry profile using smaller particles as opposed to these gold flakes look just as good. I would be lying if I said I didn't prefer those over what is currently being dropped here.
Look forward to his future work if these aren't your cup of tea I guess. These caps will continue to improve though, that's for sure.
