Unfortunately, the guide interfere with my bobbin location and I need to remove the guide to remove the bobbin.

Bought the full kit (all three rulers, seem guide) plus table polish at a sewing expo. I love the rulers. The only downside is with the ac going 24/7 here the rulers dont always pull up smoothly and I some times need to smooth the tape back down. But they work great and don’t move at all. I’m getting a second full set for my backup machine.

Hi -- I've been exchanging emails with Customer Service. (Hi, Dave R.!) He's reaching out to "Logistics" to see what the hold-up here is. Now, for reasons I can't explain or defend, Dave R. can't come here to this page to post an explanation for the delay, or even adjust the dates. So, the good news: we've got someone looking into the matter. The bad news: that doesn't really get us our seam guides, does it?
