Just an observation: The DHL to USPS solution for delivery blows. I live within 120 miles of the origin address. My order was shipped seven days ago, and I still have not received the order. DHL transferred the package to a sorting facility 120 miles (240 miles from origin) past me within one day to transfer it to USPS, where it disappeared (no status, or acknowledgment that they had received the package from DHL) for five days. Only this morning did it suddenly show up at my local USPS office. In the past I have received packages from Massdrop from the same fulfillment center and have received it the next day. I don't understand why it should take less time to get something shipped ground from the other side of the country than it takes to get something shipped from somewhere that is literally a two hour drive my home.
I know Massdrop can't be held responsible for either DHL and/or USPS being awful. But please don't use this combination anymore.

rohanbhanguiSame thing is happening to me. Mine shipped on the 2nd, USPS tracking info said "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS" on the 9th with estimated arrival date of the 11th, but then dead air since then. USPS may as well not even have a tracking number for all the good it does. Hopefully it'll show up at some point.
Edit: It finally got to me, and it was worth the wait. Just a bit nerve-wracking when it disappears for a week on the way.
