This finally arrived today, had to pay in the neighborhood of 30 EUR extra because of 15 flat fee and 21% VAT.
And then I found out iFixit has an EU store and sells these for 60 EUR, no import fees to be paid.
this is for anyone who lives in the UK that has order this,have you got your item because i got a e-mail from HM Revenue & Customs saying i need to pay about £17 for Customs Entry and Import VAT
I'm experiencing a problem with my order, I'm from Israel, the tracking says it's already in Israel but it keeps writing "ATTEMPTED DELIVERY" it's already wrote that five times. and it says "EXCEPTION".
I'm worried they might have not gotten my address or maybe something else...
what am i supposed to do? i already contacted the support but there's no answer.
KirarikHey @Kirarik - I would suggest to call DHL International to reconfirm your address, or change it if it is incorrect. http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM295322949111768036 and give them this one since it is the Int'l number after leaving the U.S.: LX298664872US . Sorry for the inconvenience and hope you get it resolved asap!!!
KatieAHello KatieA, thank you for responding. I've tried calling DHL Israel, it seems they are closed until sunday.
I will have to wait in order to get this problem resolved.
hopefully they will not send the package back.
