You guys know you can just add toolbox or shelf liner foam, right? No need to tape or spray paint. Tape leaves a sticky gooey residue over time, and paint can be messy (even though plastidip can be removed easily). The foam liner not only prevents shorts but also acts to dampen the high ping noise in the case, especially if there are some hollow spaces between the PCB and the metal. I do this with all aluminum enclosures.
EDIT: Kicking myself for missing this drop. Case looks amazing.
NurbsDepends on the type of tape, mine is the electrical tape type, which doesn't come with a large amount of residue. Even so, you can easily wipe almost every things off a anodized aluminium surface
NurbsJust opened up my Norbauer Aluminum case and took some pics for you guys:

As you can see it is a much more elegant and safer solution that spray painting or using tape. Not only does it prevent shorts but also improves the sound.
FaceMcBashySearch "drawer liner" or "toolbox liner" on Amazon. They come in different size ROLLS. Don't have the link since I am not at home but let me look it up for you when I get in if you can't find it by then!
FaceMcBashyThat's it!! You found it.
Also, when you open up the case, there is an internal USB connector cable that goes from the case to the PCB of the keyboard via a 4-pin molex connector. BE GENTLE when taking out the PCB, or you may risk pulling or damaging the cable. If you disconnect the molex connector pull from the actual white molex and not the wires (speaking from experience. I've been doing keyboards since the early 90s and have broken a few wires myself)
Anyway, good luck :)
NurbsThe foam thing did the trick for me. Thanks so much for the advice! The usb plug is bad like everyone else said, but that has been fixed by stuffing more foam in there.
JinhyeonparkI don't own this keyboard nor do I work for Massdrop. You should ask at the top of the main discussion page. But those dimensions do seem correct for a TKL.
NurbsFor more examples, this is what I did with my IKBC after getting a package of something similar at Costco:

The "Con-Tact" stuff feels like rubbery plastic smooth on one end and bumpy on the other end. Like the packaging says it is non-adhesive and seems to be about 1.5mm thick.
