Damn, just got here and I'm sorry to see all the problems people are having. Just chiming in as someone who got a working one, I see no problems except the FN key doesn't seem to "take" its assignments in single key mode.

N2O1138After you assign your single keys press FN+end to leave the assignment mode. At this point the FN key will have no assignment. Press FN+right ctrl and then whatever key has the color you desire on it. IE if you want it to be blue and the 1 key is blue hold FN+right ctrl and then press 1 and now the fn key will have the same color assignment as 1. Hopefully this helps since the directions can be a bit hard to understand.
