My first ever DE razor and I'm hooked. Comfortable and smooth shave. Easy to learn on, despite others suggesting to start with a regular style DE razor. Very close shave with astra blades.

My skin is very sensitive to the point that I gave up shaving but read about this slanted razor head which supposedly give you better shave (less passes). So The day it arrived, I shaved my 5 days old beard. Honestly, other than little irritation around neck region (where the hair grows in all direction and is a problem area for many), had a good shaving experience paired this with feather blades.

My beard is very hard to cut, so over the years I have tried other slants and not been happy with them. They usually have large gaps between the blade and the safety bar and this makes it easy to cut yourself. This slant has almost no gap and is therefore much easier to control. It's a pleasure to use and has become one of my favorites.

This is a terrific safety razor. I was skeptical of the slant aspect as a shaving purist but no longer. This razor provides a close, comfortable shave. I use Feather brand blades in it and shave with Taylor of Old Bond Street shaving cream. The combination is unbeatable. This razor is comfortable to hold, has a decent heft and is well balanced.
