I bought the head on ebay for $43 with shipping. I had a extra handle that I wasn't using and so far it is working out. It the first time I have used a slant, so I am still working on my technique. It gives me a close shave, but I have received a couple nicks and some irritation on my neck which is a sensitive area for me.

anyone know if the head can fit on other handles? specifically the edwin jagger de89? or does it only fit ikon handles?

jerecFam: yes as often iKon sells the blemished heads via their website and those fit on other razor handles. The lighter handle might throw the balance out of wack a bit.

Prolly the most efficient and reasonably priced stainless steel slant on the market and the slick black prevents that icky rust like the more expensive stainless razors. This drop is a total win win for the buyers.

first off this is a GREAT razor i love mine. i have the original style which i polished to a high shine and it made them a bit smoother. but.... and this is an issue ikon considers many things "okay" for instance i purchased a b1 slant and it had a few small nicks in the coating you could clearly see the silver underneath. i sent in pics and was told it doesnt affect the shave so its not going to be exchanged. also make known this is stainless but its sintered not machined, imo huge difference. like i said if you are okay with those couple issues this is an amazing razor.
