Can anyone confirm with certainty that the tip retracts or that the keychain side is a cap? My concern here is that the Valiant Concepts pen shown on Illumn's website looks very different than this pen. Without a retract mechanism or a cap, that Fisher refill will ink up your pocket pretty quickly (as proven by the Fisher telescoping space pen I sometimes carry -- the tip tends to extend and write on my pocket).
