NotThatCoolThey are not seasoned. You can build up your own like a normal cast iron pan. The handles can be removed so you can put it in the oven as well.

How much are the spouts lifted off the side of the pan? IE how much 'juice' can build up before it starts to spill out of the pan?

nmuleskiThe spouts are lifted about half way up so a decent amount of liquid can be present without spilling out the sides. It's tough to see in the photos but the spout has a gradual slope to it and only acts as a drain if you tilt it.

yasrebiamiNot a silly question, I had the same when I was checking out the sample. The small dot at the base of the handle turns from black to red once the pan is heated up.
