Can anyone from massdrop confirm that this is the city collection compact backpack? I bought it the last time and it arrived as the cargo backpack

Hi. Just received my package from the bazaar. But unfortunately it is not the city compact backpack. Again, it was the cargo backpack, smaller and if lower value. I would think that with the previous hooha it would have been sorted out already. It there anyway to get this remedied? Thanks.

Just curious when is it going to be shipped outside of US. And how is the issue with the wrong model being shipped?

denissWell I've been told my only options are shipping it back for a refund, but for them to pay for the shipping I have to use UPS, or accept a partial $20 refund.
UPS is not available in my town and $20 doesn't even cover the import tax I had to pay, for a backpack I didn't recieve.

I just got the backpack today but when I opened it up, it was actually the Incase Cargo backpack, these look entirely different and am wondering if anyone else received the same thing? I filed a report to massdrop to see whats going on
