On the down side if they offer any additional glassware, like the bubbler, I'd recommend avoiding it. The water bubbles up into your bud, making it damp. In addition to this they sent me the wrong bubbler the first time, and it arrived with water lines and some dark spots from being used. They [massdrop] initially offered $15 towards my next purchase as compensation, and to send a prepaid return label, but ended up being able to send out a replacement. The replacement arrived in the same condition as the wrong bowl (clearly used), and it was such a hassle to get them to offer compensation the first time I just cleaned it out and dealt with it.
TL;DR - i420 is excellent, but skip any accessories they offer now or in the future due to poor customer service and a questionable supplier.
