Has anyone in Finland/Scandinavia/NE Europe received their shipment that was sent at Sep 1.? Mine was processed in Hamburg at Sept 12. and it has left Hamburg at Sept 14. with no indication as to where it went. It has been quiet for around two weeks now.

ojraskMine had also been stuck since Sept 14 but it hit Finnish customs on the 26th and I received the package today. There is hope!

sevanteriDamn that's irritating. I received my package today but had no chance to inspect thoroughly. At least I had both left and right halves of the PCB there. Will do a more in-depth check tomorrow.
Hopefully you get a replacement soon!

ojraskProbably quicker to find that part from Amazon and solder it yourself, seeing how they are showing no interest in helping anyone else out.

Idaho-ianAlready sent a message to support about this too, but...
I found the diode in the anti-static bag. Got some more tools to solder it myself (this is what they suggested first anyway). The solder doesn't stick at all on the other solder pad (the closer one in the image). The whole pad seems to have ripped off with the diode which has some red/brown/orange stuff on the other contact.
So yeah. FML to the power of 2

sevanteriWork buddy who's been working with electronics more than me suggested I should contact support on getting the PCB schematics so I could just look where I need to jumpwire the diode. And as the schematics are open source too I just took a peek. And horray!! Small bloody jump.
