Does anyone have a good source for backlit keycap sets? I see many doubleshots, but very few that are backlit.

gwaldoYeah, I think only 2 are in stock at the moment. You can search for "translucent" and it will show you the out-of-stock sets.
Various backlit sets come up for sale here from time to time. https://www.massdrop.com/buy/vortex-backlit-doubleshot-pbt-keycaps

gwaldoWhy not just purchase a replacement g710 keycap set from Logitech? Not the best caps but they can get you by in a pinch.

gwaldoI actually have both of those sets. I put the Vortex set on my Hubble's CODE keyboard, and my Ducky Shine came with the Ducky set.
In my opinion, the Ducky set looks much better on a backlit keyboard compared to the Vortex set. The lighting is more even across all of the keys. The Vortex set I have has a bit too much of the translucent material on some of the keys, turning the legends opaque. However, both of those sets are decent choices.
I added some pictures to give you an idea of how those two types differ from each other and from a laser-etched keycap.

NyahkanoThanks. I'm trying to keep my eye out. Failing that I'm tempted to look into what's involved in starting a drop...
