Designed to act as the first line of defense against blisters and excess moisture, the Injinji Liner Coolmax Crew makes a strong argument for switching to toe socks. The five-toe sleeve design encourages total foot utilization, natural toe splay, and proper alignment, while the Coolmax fabric keeps your feet cool, dry, and comfortable all day long Read More
Love these socks. They're incredibly comfortable and breathable. It's my second time purchasing Injinji socks, though my other pairs are a different style.
These liners are probably my favorite thing I have ever ordered from Massdrop. If your doing any kind serious hiking, get these. Its toe blisters that slow you down and these are a great prevention.
Don't leave home without these! I couple these with Darn tough outer socks and the two make for a winning combination. Backpacked over 1000 miles last year in these socks without a single blister or hot spot. As for durability, they will be on my feet again this year for another season of long distance hiking. Great product!
Anyone had trouble with the durability with the Coolmax material? I have had one pair where I wore through heal after three days, another pair I ripped just putting them on and a third pair tore when the tape I used on my feet stuck to the sock. When I pulled the tape off, the sock ripped.
The best inner socks! I've been using these for many years -- they're the only inner/liner sock I use now, and awesome in Australian summer hiking. Not only do they help keep my feet cool and dry (they also dry really fast), since using them I have never had a blister between my toes -- which is awesome as I walk 20 - 25kms per day on multi-week hikes.
If these were the darker colors or even better the nuwool version this would be a great drop, but this light gray color picks up stains easily and isn't very sturdy. I do love these socks though, but just my experience with the light color.
mgrinshponI would agree with AnotherCastle. I'm 9.5-10 depending on the shoe. (standard width) Mediums work for me, but only barely... I'll occationally get some tug in the toe web. You should go large.
