Correction ... I took it all apart and found the release cable had slipped off it's stay. After putting it all back together, it worked as advertised: smoothly raising and lowering by 17".
As others have reported, I could use more like 20" or more of elevation to truly change from sit to stand. When sitting, I am looking high, and when standing I am looking low. I'll get a taller chair.
Any word about what happened to the "included" mounting options?
Will2B@Will2B I am also wondering what happened to the other mounts. I've tried asking the moderators (you there @B.Hutch@elimelendez?) but to no avail. I've got a support case logged under "Product Arrived not as Expected" so we'll see where that goes. I'll post back here with the results. Here's a snapshot of the drop description page where they call out that the extra mounts are included with the drop:
scopieI was expecting to get those mounts as well but didn't get them in the package. Thought it was just mine, ha! Pretty bummed but the big base stand worked well enough. Seems to be the Massdrop thing though. Inaccurate descriptions...
