A versatile shoe designed to provide enhanced support and agility, the Inov-8 All-Train 215 is well suited for performance training, weightlifting, and running. Each shoe weighs just 9 ounces and features a breathable mesh knit upper for fast movement and an 8-millimeter heel-to-toe drop for improved balance. The Meta-Flex technology allows natural flexing in the forefoot, while the AdapterFit Met-Cradle lacing system holds your foot securely in place. A firm Heel-lock offers a closer-fitting heel and toe box that lock the shoe in place and ensure minimal internal movement. For grip, there’s Dual-C sticky rubber strategically placed in high-impact areas of the outsole to prevent slippage from wear and tear.
