Is anyone else missing their extra seal? The box my extra seal was supposed to be in is empty. I've contacted Support, just wondering if anyone else is missing PAWS.

YawningreyhoundI got my PAWS, nothing was missing from my set, aside from quality lol. The actual stamp is terribly cheap feeling. I thought it would be made out of decent metal, but it's very cheap and the metal is very malleable, and all the edges on every piece are very rough. Overall not too worried though, I'll have to buy more wax, I have something like one-hundred wedding invitations to send out!

I just wanted to update that the images formerly under "Owl" and "Owl Horned" were swapped, but have now been corrected. In case anyone needs to change their selection, you can do so in the Transactions page under your Account.

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Interchangeable Wax Seal Set and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 1/23.
We will keep the group updated throughout the fulfillment process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 1/13.

not happy. There were 2 Owl versions, and one was Owl-Horned, and the other one was just Owl. I asked for the Owl one, and got the Owl-Horned. I waited for ever for this to ship, to get the wrong one.. seriously?

Individual shipments are being prepared now! Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual packages. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

Bulk order shipped! The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 9/19.
