just got the delivery. very disappointed. i received the case only, when i said for only the charger. what happened there? i have already contacted support so hopefully this can get sorted out.

Same here! I just emailed them too. Kinda sucks, I was looking forward to using it. Sucks more for people that might have bought them as gifts.
